Return policy

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery. 2. To be eligible for return or store credit, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 3. Items that are non-returnable include custom made jewelry, jewelry that is marked as non-returnable, items bought with Acima, Snap finance, and Layaway. 4. Upon approval for the return or cancelation (if shipped) of an item, a restocking fee will be applied in accordance with the price of the item provided below. Once all the above policy is agreed upon, we will issue you a refund upon receiving the item. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.

Shipping policy

All purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days, estimating delivery of your item within 4-7 business days. To ensure a safe delivery experience, we exclusively rely on trusted shipping partners such as FedEx and UPS for all our item shipments. To guarantee the safe arrival of your purchase, all our jewelry requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Gold & Silver Quality 

AliJewelers Quality Assurance and Warranty Policy At AliJewelers, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality gold and silver jewelry. Our gold jewelry is available in 10 karat (10k) and 14 karat (14k), and our silver jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver. We take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of each piece, ensuring long-lasting beauty and customer satisfaction. We do not sell fake, plated, or bonded jewelry. Warranty & Defects: We offer a 7 day from date of delivery warranty on all jewelry purchased from AliJewelers against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you notice any defects or issues with your jewelry, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for defects. Lost Stones or Damage: While our jewelry is made with the highest attention to durability, we want to emphasize that the way jewelry is worn, stored, and cared for can significantly affect its condition. The loss of stones or other damage due to rough handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, improper storage, or accidents is not covered under our warranty. We recommend that all jewelry be handled and stored with care to preserve its quality and appearance. Repairs: If your jewelry requires repair due to wear and tear, including lost stones or other damage not covered under warranty, we are happy to assist you. However, any repair services outside of our warranty will be subject to a fee. Please contact us for an estimate and the repair process. Proper Care Recommendations: To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend: Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or extreme conditions. Storing jewelry in a safe place, away from heavy or abrasive objects. Removing jewelry before engaging in physical activities that could damage it.
